With our SPIDER driver, you can delegate IDM provisioning steps (user creation, access rights, ...) in just a few minutes, and then let humans (via an intuitive front-end) or robots do the job.
SPIDER also offers a dashboard with tasks for delegates. These can also be robots: the robot receives a logical trigger (why and when) including data (what) coming out of the HR / IDM process. It also works vice versa: SPIDER can do an LDAP query for you.
